St Agnes Church Floor Appeal 2019 – We are please to say that major floor repair work is now underway – the church is temporarily closed but we hope it will re open in early December for services and visitors. We would like to thank all those who were so generous in their donations thus enabling the restoration work to begin.

Funded by public subscription, St Agnes Church was built in 1908 and was dedicated, by the Bishop of Winchester, on 12th August 1908.
The floor has lasted very well! It has been patched in various places in the past few years but it really does, now, need replacing. In addition to replacing the floor, the time has also come to replace the heating system and bring the electrics up to date so that the lovely St Agnes Church becomes multifunctional whilst retaining its principle function as a place of worship.
